Responsible for over five billion dollars in debt and equity placement over the preceding decade.

Appointed to the position of Real Estate Advisor to Prudential Mortgage Capital and was recognized and named as their ‘Top Elite Producer’ for 6 consecutive years.

2003

Responsible for the acquisition, condo conversion, and unit sales of 3,750 apartments located throughout Florida. Achieved a profit from the sell-out of over $255,000,000 within 36 months.

2009

Acquired Bridgeview Apartments in Tampa, FL, consisting of 32 acres with 348 apartments units.

2010

Acquired Solana Vista Apartments with 200 Units, Palm Cove Apartments with 352 units, Fountain Lake Apartments with 201 units, Champions Walk Apartments with 376 units, River Tree with 252 units. All were acquired in the Sarasota/Bradenton/Tampa marketplace.

2012

Concluded the sale of Fountain Lake Apartments as a Note Sale from Wells Fargo Bank. The acquisition provided JB Howell with 189 condo units out of 201, then purchased an additional 10. JB Howell was able to profit approximately $7,000,000 on a total cost basis of $10,000,000 within a 24 month hold period.

2013

Acquired Champions Walk in Bradenton, FL, a 376 unit apartment complex for $30,000,000. Underwent a $2,300,000 renovation and has experienced a 30% increase in effective rents. The property sold generating a $22,000,000 profit.

2014

Acquired Lofton Meadows in Bradenton, FL, a 166 unit apartment complex for $11,200,000. Underwent a $1,200,000 renovation and experienced a 26% increase in effective rents. The property sold generating a $9,500,000.

2015

Acquired RiverTree Apartments, with 251 units for $24,000,000. Acquired Sanctuary Apartments, with 177 units for $11,000,000.

2017

Acquired Faudree Ranch Apartments in Odessa, TX, with 300 units for $37,500,000.

2018

Acquired Mesquite Terrace Apartments in Midland, TX, with 288 units for $37,125,000.

2019

Purchased The Reserves at 700 Apartments in Big Spring, TX, with 180 luxury units for $21,000,000. Lake Vue Apartments, Orlando Fl, with 190 units.
